Can I change an items after I order?
We can change an item in your order for the same value if you message us within 3 hours after placing your order.
Can I add an item after I order?
Please email us within one hour of order at firstname.lastname@example.org to make changes.
How can I apply my discount code?
You can apply your code on the checkout page in the discount field then hit apply.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We usually ship out orders in 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and Canadian holidays.
***Please remember that our products are handmade by a small a team so if you're order does not ship out right away it means we are still making it and will ship it out as soon as it's ready! :)

All our products are made locally in and ship out from Ottawa, Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout depending on where you live.
We offer free shipping on all orders above $50 CAD / $40 USD.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Not that you’ll need to but you can return any item, excluding samples, within 30 days of your order.
Do you provide return labels?
We only provide return labels for orders we have made a mistake on. Ex: sending the wrong scent or size.
